Method 1:  Submit post-tests online and pay course fees online with a credit card.

 

Method 2:  Submit post-tests online and send a check in the postal mail.

Method 1:  Submit post-tests online and pay course fees online with a credit card.  After processing, your CE credit confirmation will be posted on the website.  To access your confirmation, go to the homepage and click on the link to the left that says "CE credit confirmation".  Follow the directions.

 

Instructions:

  • Go to the catalog and read the material for the Module(s) of your choice.

  • The last section of the Module will have a link to the post-test.  Print the post-test.  You can go back to the Module material to answer the questions.  The questions follow the material in order.  Circle your answers on the printout.  There is a link on the post-test page to go to the online submission form, or you can use this link or other links on the website.

  • Use the online submission form to enter and submit your answers.  You will have the opportunity to go back to the form to submit as many post-test answers as you like.

  • Once post-test submission is complete, there will be a link to go to the payment form.  Your post-test(s) will not be graded and your credits will not be processed until payment is received.  After processing, your CE credit confirmation will be posted on the website.  To access your confirmation, go to the homepage and click on the link to the left that says "CE credit confirmation".  Follow the directions.

  • Tips:  You don't have to pay immediately after you submit your post-test(s).  You can read and complete the Modules at your convenience.  Take as long as you like, but processing does not begin until your payment is received.  It is a good idea to keep the print-outs of the post-tests in case you have to re-take one.  You have to get 12 of 15 questions correct to pass.

Method 2:  Submit post-tests online and send a check in the postal mail.

  • Go to the catalog and read the material for the Module(s) of your choice.

  • The last section of the Module will have a link to the post-test.  Print the post-test.  You can go back to the Module material to answer the questions.  The questions follow the material in order.  Circle your answers on the printout.  There is a link on the post-test page to go to the online submission form, or you can use this link or other links on the website.

  • Use the online submission form to enter and submit your answers.  You will have the opportunity to go back to the form to submit as many post-test answers as you like.

Method 3: Print forms and send completed forms and a check in the postal mail.

 

Instructions:

  • Go to the catalog and read the material for the Module(s) of your choice.

  • The last section of the Module will have a link to the post-test.  Print the post-test, the answer form, and the evaluation/payment form.  You can put the answers to up to 5 post-tests on one answer form, so print as many as you need. 

  • You can go back to the Module material to answer the questions.  The questions follow the material in order.  Mark your answers on the answer form, do not send us the copy of the post-test. 

  • Complete an evaluation for each module and mark the evaluation form. One evaluation form will handle all of the evaluations.

  • Send your answer forms, the evaluation form, and your check for the course fees to the address listed on the evaluation/payment form.

  • You will receive a confirmation form back in the mail, or we can e-mail it to you at your request.  If you do not pass a post-test, you will be notified by e-mail and you will be given the opportunity to re-take it.
