What if I get an error message?  An error message means that there is no PDF file associated with your request.  There can be a number of reasons for this:

  • The file may not be posted yet.  We post results within 24 hours of your payment.  Usually we post results around 10:30pm CST, but not always.

  • You may have made an error when in-putting your initials or your zip code.  You can try again.

  • You may not have in-putted your middle initial on the post-test form.  If we don't have your middle initial, we will use an "X" instead.  For example, if your name is Kathy L. Smith of 66083, and you did not give us your middle initial, then you would need to input KXS66083 into the field above.

  • Results are triggered by your payment.  If we have not received your payment, nothing happens to your submission until we do receive payment.  Paypal always sends you a receipt via e-mail.  If you did not receive a Paypal receipt then your payment did not go through, or you gave them the wrong e-mail address.

  • Check your internet connection.  Is it still working?

  • We may have made a mistake in naming your file.  This doesn't happen often, but it does happen.  We usually don't know it happened unless you contact us (e-mail is best).

When are results posted? We post results within 24 hours of your payment.  Usually we post results around 10:30pm CST, but not always.

 

Will I get a confirmation by mail?  No.  Your written confirmation is printed from the PDF window.

 

What if I get an old confirmation after I have posted more post-tests?  Look at the PDF file carefully.  The old  confirmation is replaced by the new confirmation, and they may look very similar.  If you have an old confirmation, the new confirmation may not be posted yet.  See "error message" above.

 

Will the Joint Commission and OPS accept this as credit confirmation?  The Joint Commission and the OPS will accept a printout from your PDF file.  Both organization can contact us to confirm your credits.

 

How long will my file be available?  We keep PDF files on the server for 6 months.  It is best to print off a copy of your confirmation as soon as you get it, and/or save the file to a folder on your computer.

 

What if I get a "0" credit for a post-test?  A "0" credit score on a post-test means that you missed more questions than allowed for obtaining credit.  You are allowed one re-test at no charge.  Your credit confirmation will be updated after your re-test.  The questions that you missed are indicated by a "0" on the printout.  The questions that you got correct are indicated by a "1" on the printout.
